2025/26 Season

In September, our normal training sessions will resume at Departure Bay Elementary School. Training dates are Monday and Wednesday 7:00 – 8:00 for juniors. Parents are welcome to train with their children. Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:00-8:30 for senior belts

Summer 2025 training

For July and August 2025, we are currently training every Tuesday and Thursday at Oliver Woods Community Centre, upstairs in Salal 1 room from 7 to 8, until the end of August.  It is an all ages class, but may train separate.    The return date to Departure Bay School gym in September is Sept 8th. 2025 .

Training

We train at Departure Bay Elementary School gym when the schools are open. Children/youth classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7-8 (Parents can train with their children).
